Water:⠀
Ctenanthe can be slightly sensitive to "tap" water. Fluoridated water can cause the leaves to brown from leaf-burn, we recommend filtering your water or collecting rainwater. They like to be evenly watered and kept moist but not soggy - they don't like to sit in water. They can tolerate a small amount of dryness within the soil but not for extended periods.⠀
Light:⠀
Loves bright indirect light, harsh direct sun will burn the leaves and fade the colour. They can handle low light conditions as well however they won't thrive and make lack colours and patterns on the leaves.
Humidity:
They love high humidity levels. You'll notice browning along the leaf tips if the humidity isn't high enough. You can place on a shallow pebble tray filled with water and mist regularly. Even outside in warm summer rain or bring into the bathroom when you have a hot shower or bath works wonders.⠀⠀
