The classic Monstera Deliciosa, commonly known as a Fruit Salad or Swiss Cheese plant, this hugely popular plant is known for it's striking leaves while also being incredibly easy to care for. This partially variety 'Monstera Deliciosa Borsigiana' is the more common form of Monstera now found and has been cultivared as more of an 'indoor variety'. This still allows it to grow large, but does mean it is more easily managed and less chaotic that the traditional Monstera Deliciosa.

Light:
The Monstera thrive in a well-lit area in general, however, they can tolerate being in a lot of light fairly well, they just won't grow as rapidly. They are capable of handling a small amount of direct sunlight, ideally early morning or late afternoon.

Water:
These plants are very drought tolerant meaning if you forget to water for a week, they won't pack too much of a sad. Wait until the top 1-2 inches of soil is dry, then thoroughly drench. Yellowing leaves generally means underwatering, while browning leaves usually means overwatering or soggy soil.

Humidity:
Monstera will absolutely love if you can provide high humidity, however, this isn't a requirement. They will tolerate a dry environment fairly well and will only surrender to frosts.

Fertiliser:
These plants will benefit from monthly feeding in the spring and summer months.

Toxicity:
Toxic to pets and humans, can induce vomiting.

Please note: Plants may differ slightly from the one pictured. Any planters, pots and baskets pictured are all available separately.
