Description

The Plant Runner's Neem oil is created using neem seed that has been hand blended with a vegetable-based wetting agent.

Neem has hundreds of different uses and is especially popular with indoor plants. We use it as a natural leaf shine to keep the foliage looking lush and dust-free. Wiping down your plant's foliage on a regular basis removes dust that can limit the plant's ability to photosynthesise.

It contains organic sulphur, proteins and various beneficial trace elements and can be used safely around pets and children

250ml bottle with trigger spray. 

Directions:
Shake well before use.
Spray directly onto foliage; wipe with a soft cloth.
Do not wipe pubescent (hairy) leaves.
Do not apply if or when direct sunlight is on foliage.
An application can be repeated after 7 days and as necessary thereafter.

Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

The FAQS
What is the shelf life of this product?
Most pure Neem once mixed has a shelf-life of around 4 days. We add plant-based oils to the blend that extends the shelf-life of the Neem to 18 months, as well as acting as a wetting agent so the nozzle won’t clog up. These oils also extend the potency of the Neem on the plant after spraying. We do not use any synthetic preservatives in the mix.

Is it safe to use around children and pets?
Care should be taken using around people and animals. Avoid the eyes and wash hands after use

Will this help with pest management?
While Neem has been used for decades for pest management, our neem is not registered as an insecticide which means it cannot be marketed as such. 

Why should I shine my foliage?
Wiping the dust off your plant’s foliage is an important part of plant care. Dust can build up on the leaves of indoor plants as there is no wind or rain to clean them. The dust can prevent photosynthesis and your plant will not grow to its full potential.

How often should I wipe the foliage?
We recommend cleaning the leaves once a month.

Won't the oil clog the pores?
Neem is non-comedogenic, which means it does not clog pores like other oils.

What are some other health benefits of using Neem?
Neem also contains a number of beneficial proteins and can act as a natural fertiliser.

 

 

Shipping & Return

Delivery Options Available:

  1. Nationwide Courier
  2. Local Drop Off (Paraparaumu, Paraparaumu Beach, Raumati, Raumati South, Raumati Beach) - FREE
    Orders placed before 3pm will be endeavoured to be delivered that afternoon. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day.
  3. Click and Collect (16 Maclean St, Paraparaumu Beach) This service is for customers who wish to collect from our store.

Dispatch & Courier Times
We currently dispatch North Island orders on Monday - Wednesday (cut off Wednesday 3pm) each week. North Island orders may take up to two business days. For all rural addresses please add an extra day. If you haven't received your order in a reasonable time frame please email info@thepowerplant.co.nz and we will track your order for you

South Island deliveries are sent out on Monday and Tuesday to avoid any risk of your order sitting in the courier depot over the weekend. South Island orders may take up to three days for delivery, for rural addresses please add an extra day.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase.

Leaving Deliveries
Our deliveries don’t require a signature upon arrival, however, if you anticipate that you may not be home, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel when placing your order online.

Delivery Addresses
We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery however we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind. We ask that all purchases are final.

In the rare case your plant has suffered severe damage on its journey please keep your plant inside the packaging it arrived in and reseal. Contact The Power Plant within two working days with photos of the damaged plant in its packaging (before resealing) so we can lodge a claim with our courier provider and organise for your plant to be collected for return and a full refund provided.

When purchasing from our brick-and-mortar store, your purchase must be returned to the store and we will process the return via the same way you originally paid.

All exchanges or refunds will be returned to you in the same way originally paid.

Loss of parcel 
If your plant order can be tracked to the delivery address provided at the time of your order The Power Plant will not be liable for this loss. However, if your parcel has been lost in transit due to handling by our couriers we will contact you to either refund or replace your order.
